Hello! My name is Sikoya.
I am a Hudson Valley artist and healing arts facilitator devoted to guiding people through rebirth and creative journeys.
My work explores heart-led relationships, play, and the courage to welcome the shadow, in dialogue with the deeper currents that shape our lives.

Originally from the Ozark Mountains, my early life was shaped by a close relationship to land, imagination, and the unseen. I now live in the Hudson Valley, where I have been welcomed into a rich ecosystem of artists, organizers, and spiritual practitioners. Through collaborative art making, community organizing, and ritual theatre, I am both shaped by and contributing to a community that continues to inform my work as a bridge between old ways of knowing and the future our hearts know is possible.

As a facilitator, I weave story and ritual into practices drawn from a range of modalities. My training includes Family Constellations and end-of-life doula work, alongside deep self-study into creative expression and somatic practice as pathways toward liberation. Drawing on clown and psychodrama, I map the subconscious and shadow through play, curiosity, and relational awareness, ever committed to expanding my practice and adopting new modalities as they resonantly surface.

Through my umbrella practice, Heart Seeds Alchemy, I create experiences that integrate ancestral healing, embodiment of soul desire, and somatics as a way of rooting growth into the body. My facilitation is grounded in a commitment to integrity, accessibility, and the dismantling of gatekeeping within healing and artistic spaces. I am especially devoted to fostering interclass connection, cultivating spaces where people of different backgrounds can meet in truth, dignity, and shared humanity.

There is a word I often use in my practice called "inscendence" which is a core philosophy and living framework that invites participants to move into the subconscious and symbolic realms rather than rise above them. Inscendence honors the wisdom of what lies beneath; the ancestral, the instinctual, and the unspoken. This concept is interwoven within all aspects of my work, as a continuous way of being that fosters deeper relationship with the inner landscape.

As an artist, my work explores the liminal gateways of life and death, society and ecology. I am a singer-songwriter who weaves spoken poetry and ritual into my music, as well as a filmmaker and writer. My projects often center grief as a path to wholeness and joy as something accessed through the courage to feel. I invite people to meet the intensity of these times with open hearts, to feel fully, and to rediscover what it means to be human.

Thank you for visiting my soul garden.
I hope to water Heart Seeds with you!
